We have just had the absolute pleasure of having Colin stay with us as a work away and what a joy it was to have him in our family. Colin is a Scottish guy from the highlands whilst he was with us he helped getting the properties ready for the rental season, painting, gardening and clearing the garden as well as helping put up a fence, look after the geese, improve our sons skills at Fifa on the Wii and be his music teacher for both guitar and mouth organ!!
He has now moved onto the south of Tuscany to help a family put up yoga platforms and build yurts at their yoga retreat in the hills. Before he left we asked Colin if he would do a post for us to show others thinking of workawaying with us what to expect and what he thought of his stay here in Bagni di Lucca, here is what he said.
